Cupcakes Galore & More!

The Corporate & Community Education Department of Black River Technical College is offering Cupcakes Galore and More!.  Participants will learn how to create:  delicious, home-made fondant, flowers made of fondant and marshmallows, and Easter and April Fool’s Day designs.  This four-hour course will be held on Monday evenings, March 7 and 14, from 6 – 8 p.m.  Deadline for registration is Thursday, March 3, or until class is full.
