BRTC Law Enforcement Instructor Mark Mosier Earns Bachelor’s Degree

POCAHONTAS, AR October 25, 2019 – Mark Mosier, law enforcement instructor at Black River
Technical College, earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Williams Baptist College in
Spring 2019.

“BRTC did exactly as it should to help me [complete a Bachelor’s degree],” said Mosier. “The foundation
[I received] at BRTC was a huge asset at Williams.”

Through BRTC, Mosier earned his Associate’s of Science in Criminal Justice December of 2018. He also
earned his senior certificate with state law enforcement standards, which is earned through college
professional training and experience.

Mosier has been an adjunct instructor for the law enforcement academy since 1999. He became a full-
time faculty member three years ago.

Mosier plans to focus on the law enforcement program and work on updating and revising the classes
for future use.
