Black River Technical College (BRTC) is pleased to announce Stacy Ingram of Pocahontas has accepted the position of Payroll Specialist/Human Resources Assistant.
Ingram earned an Associates of Applied Science in Microcomputer Business Applications from BRTC. Before accepting the position, Ingram spent 10 years as Assessor and 17 years as Deputy/Chief Deputy Assessor for Randolph County.
