BRTC Awards the Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship to Carmen Weaver

POCAHONTAS, AR Jan. 27— Carmen Weaver of Pocahontas has accepted the 2021-2022 Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship.

Weaver is a 2007 Pocahontas High School graduate and the mother of Cayden and Bailey Weaver and Karleigh and Kyson Roper. She is currently seeking a nursing degree from BRTC.

The Sylvia Cagle Single Parent Scholarship is provided by Darrell Cagle in honor of his mother, Sylvia, who raised him while being a single mother.
