Black River Technical College is pleased to announce it has promoted several employees during October. Ashley Conrey of Pocahontas was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of Financial Aid. Conrey earned a Bachelor of Art in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Arkansas. Before accepting the position, she worked at BRTC as the Financial Aid Analyst since 2014.
