Ray Yang of Walnut Ridge has been awarded the Peco Foods, Inc., Scholarship made possible by funding from Peco Foods, Inc.
Yang is a 2022 graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. He is the son of Kevin Yang and Liu Ming Xing, and is seeking a technical certificate in Industrial Maintenance.
The Peco Foods, Inc., Scholarship is an annual Novaria/BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament scholarship. Each scholarship is sponsored by a $1,000 donor who can name the scholarship. The Black River Technical College Foundation matches the $1,000 donation allowing students to be awarded $1,000 per semester, fall and spring, provided the student maintains enrollment and GPA requirements.
